I have an oriental rug as well; can you clean that while you’re at my house?

We do not recommend cleaning area or oriental rugs inside of your home for a few reasons. The cleaning process for these rugs is at least a 4-step process, rather than the 2-step process we use for wall-to-wall carpeting. We also use specialized cleaning products made specifically for those delicate fibers. It can also damage the floors in your home if there is any hidden water vapors left from the cleaning that cannot be seen. However, we would be more than happy to pick up the rug while at your house and deliver it back to you when the cleaning is complete!

One of the spots that disappeared after your technicians left my house has unfortunately come back. What happened?

This is known as wicking, which means that the stain has seeped down into the backing of the carpet and is wicking up as the rug fibers dry. Give us a call, and we’ll set up an appointment to come out within 2 weeks of your original appointment to rectify this issue.
